Events I am grateful about 1) Cindy helps me to craft my business presentation flow. Feeling appreciated. 2) Celebrate Evon's birthday. feeling happy and joyful with my dear friends. especially after a long day of work 3) Had a sumptuous seafood dinner Worth the time with friends I care about.

It is pretty cool. I want to take up this challenge.

What really good things happen to me?
I took up Train to Trim after 2 weeks of exercise, 1 lost 0.5kg. Changes: What I did was I take stairs instead of lift. It is a small achievement for me. I will continue to find joy in exercise.

2x of Fruits daily - Eat dragronfruit, it was very sweet. Share with my whole family and glad that I chose a sweet dragonfruit :)

I felt really glad that I have a wonderful sister. I went up to her and told her how appreciative I am. Surprisingly, she wanted to give me some gift. I turn her down as I don't need her gift, I just want to share with her how I feel.
