What really good things happen to me?
I took up Train to Trim after 2 weeks of exercise, 1 lost 0.5kg.
Changes: What I did was I take stairs instead of lift. It is a small achievement for me. I will continue to find joy in exercise.
Day 1 Reflection
20 mins exercise - I had a 60 mins workout.
5 mins mediation daily (Day and Night) - Yes, achieved
20 mins reading - None
2x of Fruits daily - Eat dragronfruit, it was very sweet. Share with my whole family and glad that I chose a sweet dragonfruit :)
I felt really glad that I have a wonderful sister. I went up to her and told her how appreciative I am.
Surprisingly, she wanted to give me some gift. I turn her down as I don't need her gift, I just want to share with her how I feel.
