Was feeling quite tired recently, have not been sleeping well.
A friend shared with me the 6 benefits of swimming:
1) It creates fun
2) Builds up immune system
3) Recovers injury
4) Relives stress & improves mental alertness
5) More agile & less risk of getting sprain
6) Affordable
I decided to go for a swim to relax myself. My dad said that he wanted to join me. I can't really swim, so asked him to guide me on how to swim properly. He may not be the best swimming instructor in the entire pool but he encourages me each time when i managed to swim one metre further.
I'm not too sure if swimming really gives so much benefits but it definately creates a good bonding with my dad. Everyone should start swimming with your love ones :)
