Do you really want for a better life?

Everyone of us wants a better life. But are we willing to put in the right effort to make sure that we really do and be committed about it?

I was sharing with my own limiting self belief with a friend who is a magician. He is very outspoken and he just say 3 words: Just do it.

His words just blown me away. Yes, I also thought that I lack of actions. My dreams will not materialise until I choose to do it.

Here are 3 tips that I feel they are necessary to make things happen.

1. Define what we really want.
When the picture of our goal is clear and specific, it will be easier to make the changes and do something about it.

Ask ourselves: what do we really, really want? Look within.

2. Believe in ourselves.
Imagine ourselves having it already. When we allow ourselves to believe that we CAN make the changes we want to make, then starting to make them becomes that much easier.

3. Take a small step every single day.
It takes 30 days before things start to change and new habits take place. Decide that what we want is really important to us, and commit to making an effort towards reaching it every single day. There's no time like the present! Take up journaling, and write out our thoughts about the important issues we raise in making change. Be prepared to be uncomfortable and to rock the boat. (Change is not for the faint of heart.)

We have already decided that what we want is worth it, so when we're tempted to sink into the couch and watch another TV show, or when we're headed to the kitchen to mindlessly shovel food into our mouth, or when our credit card is whipped out and ready to make another numbing purchase, decide that right now is the moment we're going to change.

Inviting ourselves to do something more purposeful. Educating ourselves that we can be focus and committed to change for better life.
