His course is more like visualising abundance, believing the universe is helping me and be grateful and believe myself that I am successful already. It sounds like NLP, conditioning of the mind. The mind doesn't know the difference of the past, present and future. It is more like helping the mind to see that the experiences that we want is already happening here. He taught using the 5 senses of our body during meditation and also taught us to recite this 20 words script:

This is conditioning of the mind. Of course, we need to believe it 100% so we can drawn to more positive outcome in our life.
I personally believe that Gratitude is a powerful energy, it can resolve many things in life. Even though sometimes I feel that my life doesn't make sense, I still do it anyway.
