Laugh More

My friend lend me one of his spiritual books recently, "who will cry when you die?". It teaches me how to handle difficult life experiences... How to live like a human being more than living like a zombie. There is one interesting article it says "Laughs more".

"According to one study, an average 4 year-old kid will laughs 300 times per day, while an adult laughs about 15 times daily. With all the obligations, stresses and the daily activities that fill our life, we have forgotten how to laugh.

Daily laughter has been shown to elevate our moods, promote creativity and gives us more energy. Laughter therapy has been used to cure illnesses and to heal those with serious ailments.

A person with the humour around him will create a new awareness in his life and he will tend to see the lighter side of things and no longer experience the level of stress he had felt in his professional pursuits.

We don't laugh because we are happy. We are happy because we laugh."

Pick up a few light hearted books or go to watch a comedy movie to simulate your laughing habit. Reconnect yourself to your playful side and enjoy the wonders of a deep belly laugh.
