Day 223: Bedtime affirmations

Positive affirmation has proven to be effective in increasing self-esteem and reducing depression levels.

I release my negativity, worry, fear, anxiety and stress daily.
I am grateful.
I am in harmony with universe.
I invite quality sleep.
I allow myself to wake up 6am every morning and rest with peace before sleep.
I have done my best for today and I deserved to have a peaceful rest.
