Day 166: Data point and Starhub Support

I wasn't prepared that this new setup TV box doesn't allow recording.
But when you lose some you gain some too!
I gain free 2 years netflix and a few new programme from Starhub.

What I didn't like is the support that they didn't explain clearly about how to connect the setup box. My dad and I has to go to Nex Starhub retail shop 3 times to find out what exactly needed to be done.
Every support and sales tell me different things and they tell me different packages.

After install the Data Point, the network remains unstable and finally I realised that I need to logout and login my hubid again.

Hopefully, the connection will be stablise after all these poorly support in setup and reseting exoperiences.
