Goodbye Yesterday



Very long time never sing this song already. I think the lyrics are meaningful. Happiness needs wisdom.

Yesterday my Yoga teacher tell us that most of the yoga postures require good guidance and our own self awareness of our body. Sometimes we make these pains ourselves. With the right guidance and being mindful in the present, I managed to do some yoga posture which I never thought I can do.

My yoga teacher also tell us that we need to be happy so that we can release the pain and tension in our body. She shares that usually the pains or negative energy resides on the neck and shoulders. Daily stretching and gentle massage exercise will help to release our negative emotions.

Goodbye to my pains and Hello to my happiness.
