My friend asked me to check my antioxidant rating.
It's 45k, healthy range lol :D
10 years ago, I didn't eat so much fruits and vegetables.
It was in the red zone, around 10k.
I try to drink smoothies and eat vegetables and fruits every day.
I trust my body. It is possible to gain back my health.
Quite ironic that when I have no illness, my antioxidant was low.
Now I have diabetes, my antioxidant is at the healthy range.
Universe has no logic, it is magic!
