1. Reason - Why am I making changes into my life. I need a deep, strong reason for myself.
2. Research - Find someone who has mastered that area. Convincing that it works. Creating reasoning to support it.
3. Repetition - Make it a piority consistently. Small steps and make it top piority. Create the conditions around it.
4. Responsibility - Accountability with someone or group of people, motivate me and support me.
5. Rewards - Recognise that how far I have come and the difference I have made.
