Strengths and Weaknesses

When we go for an interview, most of the time, we were asked what are our strengths and weaknesses. If you ask me, this is my most fearful question. If you could answer this question well, you stand a very high chance of getting the job. If you can't answer well, most likely, they are not willing to give you this job and also means that you do not know yourself well. How could you expect people give you this job in the first place?

Why most interviewers would think this question is important and why does this job is suitable for you? That is because your potential boss will want to know whether your character is matching with the company or himself so that not to be a job mismatch.

Recently i learnt that weaknesses can be your strength only if you know how to handle it well.. eg. if you are straightforward person, you can say that you are being frank and you are not a fake person. Or if you are lazy person, it can be seen as u know how enjoy life and you work smart. Or if you are softspoken like me, you can say that you are a good listener...

That's how you can turn your weaknesses into strength. Every character has its strength and weaknesses if you use it apporiately and correctly, you can changed your life totally.

This is not a joke. I'm saying it seriously.

I'm going to relate this between a pessimistic and an optimistic person. That's the huge difference between a pessimistic and a optimistic person. A pessimistic will think that life sucks and drag his feet and wait for miracle that may or may not come... A optimistic will think that life sucks but trying his very best to change his life for a better one and normally it does...

Another typical example is a pessimistic person will think that their weakness cannot be changed while an optimistic will think that they can change their weakness and normally it does...

I think it is very important to have a positive mindset and it is more realistic. Hoping for something that doesn't exist, it is very hard... how many times does miracles comes across in our life? Almost close to zero unless you are damn lucky. Only working through a painful road, will make you become a very successful person in life.
